We hope these pages will be of interest and helpful to anyone who would welcome both feeling better and performing better, and helping others to feel and perform better, in everyday life, at home and at work.

These days many of us are just too busy. We often feel we don't have enough time to fulfill our many commitments, let
alone make time for ourselves.

Increasingly we've been turning to ways of prevention and help that have been practised for hundreds, even thousands, of years. We find ourselves overly stressed, anxious, in pain or run down. At such times, we need some help...and where to look becomes a question.I know this place from my own experience. My work has helped me to learn, and continues to teach me, how to live a happier and healthier life.

It too often takes a crisis for us to awaken to the need for help. But you don't have to wait until a crisis occurs.
Practising Yoga gives you a unique opportunity to learn to care for yourself and utilise resources we all already have, though all too seldom call upon, to enhance health and feelings of well being.

Thai yoga massage is rooted in yoga philosophy and practise. It is effective as prevention as well as in treatment of many common ailments. Each treatment is tailor made based on the needs of each individual.
