Restorative Yoga & Pilates Classes
In Yoga classes, we can learn ways to release tension, allowing the spine to lengthen, to awaken lazy muscles and calm down busy ones, learning to breathe and move more freely.

Group classes held every Thursday at 6:15 pm at 10 Claremont Terrace, Glasgow City, G3, Glasgow
£56 for a block of 7 classes

Term 2: 26th August 2010 until 7th October 2010
Term 3: 14th October 2010 until 18th November 2010
