Thai Yoga Massage Intoductory Days And Diploma Courses

The Metta College of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage offers accredited training courses in this ancient healing art in Brighton, Glasgow and London, and is recognised by the International Association of Thai Yoga Massage. We offer Traditional Thai Yoga Massage training at various levels – from introductory sessions for clients with a personal interest, who may want to help family and friends with the art of healing, through to accredited training courses for Yoga and Pilates teachers and other therapists keen to broaden and deepen their skills and enhance their careers in the healing arts.

Introductory Days

The introduction day offers you an excellent opportunity to get a good understanding of (and feeling for) this ancient art. You will learn some simple but effective techniques for use with family and friends and get a taste for the benefits of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. This is a fun and informal day that gives you an opportunity to learn more about this amazing ancient healing art.

Diploma in Thai Yoga Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing art. It was initially considered a spiritual practice, a meditative application of loving kindness. Thai massage is based on a concept of invisible energy lines (the ten ‘sen’) that run throughout the body. Important energy points are located along these lines.
