Yoga & Pilates have been, and continue to be, a significant and vital part of Amy's personal and professional development. She also practises holistic massage (ITEC, London), Ayurvedic massage (learned in India), Onsite massage, and teaches baby massage.
She has been featured in recent years in articles in The Sunday Times, Vogue, Shape, Scotland on Sunday and The List, while the London Evening Standard has cited her as one of London’s top Yoga teachers and Therapists.
She has appeared on Breakfast TV and programmes on health. She runs workshops in Stress and Wellbeing Management to the corporate world, including companies such as SONY, the BBC and the Scottish Government.

There are so many reasons why Amy is such a brilliant yoga teacher that it’s hard to know where to start. That she has a deep understanding of the whole field, borne of long study and regular practice, goes without saying. She is also kind, funny, calm and sympathetic, strict yet not judgemental and has a rare ability to make yoga enjoyable and beneficial whatever the level of her students’ abilities.
I have taken classes with Amy for many years and am continually impressed by the way she can communicate the essence of yoga along with the details of the asanas. Anyone can give you a list of instructions for how to do, say, a tree pose, but it takes a special skill and insight to make you see the point of that or any pose and to understand what you are hoping to achieve by doing it. Amy has this in spades. I have watched her teach many different people (male and female, older and younger, beginners and advanced students) and seen her work her magic with all of them. I would recommend her to anyone.
