These days many of us are just too busy. We often feel we don't have enough time to fulfill our many commitments, let alone make time for ourselves. These courses give you opportunities to learn stress management and relaxation skills though Thai Massage, Yoga and meditation.
Increasingly we've been turning to ways of prevention and help that have been practiced for thousands of years. We find ourselves overly stressed, anxious, in pain or run down. At such times, we need some help...and where to look becomes a question. I know this from my own experience. My work has helped me to learn, and continues to teach me how to live a happier and healthier life.
Too often it takes a crisis for us to awaken to the need for help. But you don't have to wait until a crisis occurs. Practicing Yoga gives you a unique opportunity to learn to care for yourself and utilize resources we already have, but don't always know how to use, to enhance our health and feelings of well being.
I was introduced to and trained in TYM in Thailand, India and the UK and have practiced and taught TYM in the UK since 1991.
Thai yoga massage is rooted in yoga philosophy and practice. It is effective as prevention as well as in treatment of many common ailments. Each treatment is tailor made to the needs of each individual. Some common ailments that Thai Massage can help with are:
